AVM says EAC number cannot be located now .. but was there yesterday.

When I called VSC just now, it says my case not found. I was getting a message that RFE was issued earlier. I called to check where my reply to RFE was received by VSC. Has anyone else similar experience today with AVM?

PD 12/17 RD 02/00 RFE:04/24 REPLY SENT BY fedex 05/09 .

I got the same message on Friday 05/11 night, I couldn\'t get the line today,

Dont worry about it. There is an error in their system. It will come back to the same message as before. Try during day today

I called this morning could not get thru to the IIO (message said that they had some form of an emergency outage).
However, was able to get to the AVM to check my status
(which as expected had not changed !!. I have a RFE pending)

My case was there on Friday, but not there on Saturday, was there again on Sunday. Feels like a rolling blackout with the system.
