Based on the AVM, both my wife\'s and my case require additional infromation and REF has been mailed on 5/5, still waiting. Anybody knows how long we can receive.

I heard on the AVM that a REF notice was sent on 05/02/01. My lawyer
called on 05/08/01 that they received it on 05/07/01. Hope this helps.

Thanks. I did receive my RFE today.
More details about my case:
EB2 CHINA, FP 1/11/01
RFE are related to:
1 My parents name not on my birthday certificate.
2 My wife\'s file did not include I-94.

They want anything as long as it includes you name and your birthdate with your parents on it.
