Avm - Rfe

Hello ALL,
Wondering whether NSC updates AVM upon receipt of evidence.
My attorney has mailed the evidence on 05/04/01. NSC hasn\'t updated AVM about the receipt of the evidence. I am worried to say the least. And yes the RFE was regarding my birth certificate, ‘cause my birth certificate was issued recently by the local governing body. NSC wanted the oldest available records showing my name and parents name and two affidavits.

they wil ltake a while to update AVM. I mailed response to RFE on Apr 23 and it might have reached NSC within 2,3 days. However they updated AVM on May 7 that they received it on May 4th or 5th.

So, yo ucan hear updated message pretty soon..

They have updated AVM just the other day.
They have received the evidence on 05/16/01.

Just wondering if you can share what records did you submit
I am also having birth cert taken recently.
What else did u submit as response to ur RFE

We\'ve sent two affidavits, hospital birth records, baptism certificate,
and school records.
