Does AVM change to "Case Assigned to Officer" or "FP results received and processing resumed" is final message before approval or RFE ?

It doesn\'t change to "assigned to an officer" but you will hear infomration regarding you

AVM Changes

Mine is July \'01 RD case, The AVM changed from
"FP Recd on ... Such cases take 365-540 something days" to
"FP received ... Processing resumed".
Does this mean anything happening?
Gurus please comment

It just means that INS has received your FP results.

It\'s good because INS won\'t process your case without your FP results. However, beyond that, it doesn\'t mean anything. You have to wait to hear the words "This case has been approved, on xx/xx/xx..."
