AVM now locates mine 485 WAC -01-124-****

Its been over 3 months and my and wifes wac was never located on AVM..I had last checked about
3 days back...But suddenly from today its able to locate both our 485 applications and message
says "485 application received on 03/8/01 (ND).......will take 975 - 999 days for such application..." Now is this good thing?
I think so ..and i know bunch of people with ND 02/01 are still waiting ...somehow i feel
this is related to FP also.....we are pretty sure FP being in 2 systems...and movement
of FP from 1 system to another happens after 6-8 weeks...and somehow the AVM smelled this..
our FPs were done on 03/31/01 and IIO verified they are valid for 15 months from 03/31/01.
( or am i getting excited !!)

Others with WAC-01-124-*** please verify !!

I have similiar experience. My 485 case suddenly appeared in AVM
today. My wife\'s case has always been there, but mine was missing
until today (BTW our ND is 12/15/00, still waiting). And also there
is another case we have that\'s approved more than a month ago, but
the AVM kept saying it is still pending, until today. So it appears
to me they just did some bulk updates to the system.

Debonair,exact same thing happened to my case. WAC-01-125-XXXXX
RD(02/09)ND(03/09).

One thing we can do now is that we can call IIO and see if they can tell us if they have received our fp without giving them A#.

An, can you locate your case number in the AVM(i think you are still waiting for FP)

sounds good for you all.
but, we have two 485 apps pending in our family, one primary and one dependent application for me and my spouse respectively. the primary one always showed status. but the dependent application could not be found until now. we did not care much about it as we knew both applictions are tied to each other. BUT, i checked just now after reading debo_nair\'s posts and the status of both applications can be FOUND!!! The funny thing is, we have not got FP notices yet ! so, the WAC being found may not be related to FP moving from system #1 to #2 etc...
could be a timer in their computers of 75 days after ND to trigger the updating of all WACs in the AVM. just my guess. or could it be that my FP notice was generated and hence my WAC got updated in AVM??? i really don\'t want to be the wet blanket on your party. but, i hope you get your approvals very very soon. i wish you all good luck.

my WAC is 125 and the AVM just located my case now. I don\'t think it has anything to do with FP. But this is a little progress anyway.

My wac# is found and same message from last 15 to 20 days. Last I called IIO and without giving my A#, she told me the status of FP and she told my FP\'s are good but still I got the notice from local INS. debo yours and mine all dates are same.

Testbha, so looks like our FPs have been moved to system 2 from system 1....good they could locate ur FP without wac no...I am pretty sure they must have moved a bunch of FPs ( say for those who did till march 31 or april 10 or something)..since i did mine on march 31 i am sure my FPs are in their system 2....anyways let hope for best soon.....ND 02/01 guys would be the first anyway...

i checked mine today and IIO cud not place FP with my WAC # ( FP done on 29th March ). Dunno whats happening :-(
