AVM Not Updated With My EAC#

Hi all,

I recently applied for the Adjustment Of Status, and my wife has already received her EAD and Advance Parole. My company did not apply for my EAD/AP as I had time on my H1-B.

I tried to check on the status of my case when I called the VSC Automated Response number. I got a message that said that there was no information on the particular EAC#. I double checked to ensure that I did punch in the right number, and received the same response. Anyone out there who has had a similar experience?? Its kind of bizarre, that my Wife\'s EAD and AP come through, but there is no record of my case on the AVM!!

Dont worry about it. I am told INS is pretty poor when it comes to updating their AVM systems. I filed in Aug 2000 got my receipts, AP, EAD and got my FP done in Nov 00 and still to this day the morons have not updated the AVM.
