My AVM said RFE was sent to you on Feb/08 and me nor my attorney received it.
but suddenly now its saying we received a reply to RFE on Feb\'26.
Spoke with an IIO and she said the same thing.
anybody in the same boat??

Did your lawyer replied to RFE??

I had the same experience in I-140 process. I got an RFE and lawyer replied it (I didn\'t even know until I called my lawyer).
 
Nobody got it

Nither me nor my lawyer got the RFE but the AVM and IIO are saying they got the response for the RFE.

I found a bunch of guys in VSC with similar situation but none in TSC expect me.

my FP was done in Dec and I spoke with FBI after that and they had send out the results on the same day.
 
I am on the same boat. Replied to my RFE on the 13th of March.

RFE was sent to my lawyer on Feb 25th and we received it on Feb 28th. They say two weeks after replying to your RFE, you should hear something. AVM still plays the same RFE sent message.
 
mine is different

there was no RFE sent to me nor my lawyer.
yet the message says RFE reply was received etc.
I am confused.
I am not ale to find a similar case in TSC but lot of similar cases in VSC.
FBI number is 304-625-5590 and 304-625-2406
