AVM message

I get the following message on AVM when I check my case status "there is a temporary problem in the system call back later".

I am able to check my other petitions via AVM without problems... Any clue?
 
Same message

Same message when checking my 140 status using AVM. I have tried this about 10 times over a few weeks and everytime it said 'because of a temporary problem ...'.

Online status says 360 days - 360 days

Is this something I should be concerned about ?

Common problem

My AVM message has had the same "temporary" problem for about 3 months. The online message shows 360-360 days (although today is Day 361 for me).
 
Mine too gives me the same problem when I call AVM. But my online status works fine (it changed correctly when FP was sent, FP received etc)

Update - my 485 gives status on AVM after FP, other applications (140, AP, EAD) etc, still have same problem. Very weird..
