HI GUYS,I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE EXACT MESSAGE IS ,WHEN YOU CHECK THE 1-800 NO AFTER ENTERING YOUR EAC NO.BECOZ IN MY CASE IT SAYS "YOUR I-485 APPLICATION WAS RECEIVED..............IT IS TAKING BET 365-540 DAYS.".ONE OF MY FRIEND SAYS FOR HIM IT SAYS "YOUR FINGER PRINT HAS RECEIVED............".SO,DOES IT MEAN MY FINGER PRINT HAS NOT RECEIVED OR DOES THE MESSAGE CHANGE FROM CASE TO CASE.

Is there a 1-800 # for VSC??? What is it?
Well, when you file 485, the message that you are getting is the first message. Then after a few months they\'ll send you FP notice and the message will change to "FP notice was sent on xxx date...". Once your FP is collected by VSC, the message will change to "FP rcvd on xxx"...
So it depends on which stage you\'re in the 485 processing.

I guess you\'re not a new 485 filer...
I would say speak to an IIO and see if they have your FP results and if they\'re ok. For many people on this board, the FP message did not change to "FP rcvd and processing resumed"
And for some, when it changed to the message that you\'re getting, their 485 was approved in a couple of weeks (that AVM message indicated that their case was with an officer)
