AVM message question? confused

PD - current, ND - Oct 99, RFE recd by INS - MAy 2nd. Today\'s AVm says \'received your RFE on May 2nd, blah, blah, .., It would take zero days\' Can any guru update what\'s going on?

normally the message would say something like \'your reply was received on XX date, and this application actually takes 365-540 days, but since preliminary processing was completed, it will now take 180 days to finish processing etc."

Due to some glitch in the AVM...this 180 days has now become 0 days...

For my case, the AVM says "record not found". I don\'t think VSC has recovered well from yesterday\'s computer crash!
