AvM machine changed...please help

Hello,
  I got RFE on Feb 2001.. about 140 amendment and also medical exam as i could not take for first time because of pregnancy.
they gave time to submit RFe till May 2001... as my 140 is not approved (TSC) ,, i replied on May 2001 with other papers except 140 approval,,,
now !80 days rule...is there any chance of approving... without 140 approval....

as i had this doubt because... on Jun 27th Avm machine changed we recieved you REF they are going to process my case 900 days...

Is there any chance with oput 140 amendment i can get 485 approval

When did u submit your 2nd I-140 application?

If you have not, then your case is proof that INS is apply AC21 180-day rule on RFE (I-140) cases.

In my case, I have not received an I-140 receipt notice for the 2nd I-140. But my 485 AVM was updated to "On June 20th, 2001, we have received your reply to RFE... "

So ching132, it\'s possible that I-140 related RFE cases are being processed with the I-140 approvals.

so you mean they will wait for 140 ammendment and then process my case....

"without" not "with".
