AVM in VSC

Hi folks,

When I dialed the VSC number, it rang for a long time, and AVM did not pick up. Did anyone else have the same problem today?

Iread somewhere on this site saying that AVM is slow. I called on Wednesday night and it was verrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyy slow but Igot the info back.

I have the same problem. And at 9:30pm last night, VSC cannot find my case numbers (H1,485,140,etc.)

Hi,

I am so very frustrated with this freaking waiting thing...
I was able to get through the number after iteration of 45 times or so, then it kept ringing and ringing for close to 100 times and then it automatically hangs out. Thsi happened 3 times today (11:45, 3:00PM and 3:55 PM)

I am very very concerned not only because yesterday the AVM messsage changed to "Case Not found" for me and my wife, but also that I have not got even the receipt date for 2nd EAD which I had applied )my 1st EAD is expiring on June 1st)

My I-485 details:
EB2-India
PD: 08/96
RD: 03/20/00
ND: 03/20/00
FP: 04/14/01 (Newark)
last time when I did speak with an officer, she had indicated that case is with officer!!
I wish we could complain to somebody --but who???
