do u think the CSC tracks the no of calls logged against ur case - it should be very simple to do so

to log the no of times
person called IIO with reference to case no and
person called AVM and checked case no

Any ideas ?

Yes INS tracks IIO calls

Sometimes it does affect your case if you seem over anxious and call frequently. INS might think you have some problem and send an RFE. I don\'t think they track the AVM hits though.
I called the IIO twice, once to change the address and once to check the address change. The second time the officer said "you called on .... for address change". So, they do track.
