Hey Bhargav,
Be reasonable. I know INS keeps track of our calls to IIOs. But keeping track of message checks is crazy. Why INS would do that ? I am sure even if you check your message 10,000 times a day , your GC application would not have any problem. So relax and enjoy (?) GC process.

Yes, when you talk to IIO, they are supposed to record why you called (and that is another kind of proof that IIO was working, and there is a record of anything you said to IIO like address change etc.,). And when you just check the AVM, I do not think it is recorded. Because, that is too much data to keep and not very useful for INS. INS knows you will not waste your time/money on just listening to AVM for hours (as if it is music). I have been calling two times a day from past two months. I went crazy after waiting for more than 4 years.
