AVM for FP

Do the AVM changes whenever TSC sends the FP Notice ? I haven\'t recd my FP notice yet (RD 16-JAN-2001) and couldn\'t get thru the TSC phone number except for after 6:00 p.m. and there is no indication in the AVM to let us kno, whether the FP was sent or not ? (AVM still says \'Application was recd on ........)
