AVM---Fax info

Hi Guys,

Option no:3 in AVM is to request Fax information if your case is Certified/Inproces etc... If you enter your Fax no. how long does it takes to get the Fax info. What information does it contains.
Do anybody has experiences on this subject.

I appreciate your response on this.

I tried that option couple of times with Atlanta Regional DOL. But I haven't got the fax back.
