Man that\'s a very difficult question. See My case has been sitting with an IIO for 4 weeks now and still no answer. My attorney says anywhere from 30 days to 60 days. I have seen some people getting approval within 1 week. I have called TSC couple of times and everytime they say that call back after 30 days(meaning if your case has been pending for more than 30days on an average) I am gonna call them next week and let\'s see what they say now... I am keeping my fingers crossed. It is really ridiculous at TSC. I have my wife\'s application also pending with me. Both the application were assigned to IIO on 4th of April. It is really frustrating.
