I've a question about automatica revalidation by going to Canada for less then 30 days. I've been in US for 7 years on H1-B (including one year extension). H1B Visa stamp and I-94 are expired on my passport but I've a new I797 approval notice. Can I goto Canada for my Candian PR landing and come back to US using my new I797 under automatic validation program. FYI, I am from India.
