Folks,
Please advise...
I have a H1-B visa that is expiring on the 30th of March, 2006. I am going to Vancouver for visa re-validation because my work will often require me to travel to Canada (less than 30 days, if at all)
From what I've been reading, I can get the 'automatic revalidation' done even if my H1B visa has expired? True? So, basically I can travel to Canada as long as I have a valid 797? I have just switched jobs, so the name on the visa is for a different company.
Have a visa appointment in Vancouver. I'm a F1 (BS/MS both in US), H1 to H1 transfer.
I will appreciate any help you guys can provide.
