Hi, i just sent RFE (NIW) to VSC, the phone message changed to " your RFE was received on Nov 8th, this kind of case will take 150-250 days, however, since the preliminary precess has completed, the process of your case will take 60 days, a written notice will be mailed to you." is this a typica ? because messages on the board suggest that " writen notice" means...?
