hello everybody,
i am sorry, i am confused and very uncertain meanwhile. i married my wife at the philippines last year. currently, i am working on a l1 visa in the states.

i am austrian, my wife is filipina.

my question now:
in my opinion, we have all the documents already (i sent her my notice of action, immigration card (white), bank statement etc.
she has her appointment at the us embassy in manila on the 11th of may 2006.
whats going to happen at this appointment? i always thought that she will get the visa at this time. am i wrong? please help, i am really desperated meanwhile.

thank you!

Markus, Dont worry she will get her L2 visa. You might also have to show valid Wedding certificate. Interview questions will be simple and they might ask questions about your job , work location, Employer details, phone number. This is just to cross check that your wife knows about you , where you work, live etc.

Good luck.

I am not a lawyer. This is just my opinion based on my Experience.

From personal experience, pls. have her carry your entire wedding album and the invitation card. They asked me for it.
