some one asked me a question in a private message.

you dont need an attorney....you can check if you qualify or not using their form/website.....its a point based system.

if you qualify send in the application first, try to not send medical and police clearance certificate(PCC)......since they expire by the time they get to approve your app.....you can send medical and PCC after 6 months or so....

this is all a slightly old data....check the forum for updated info...

if you still have some energy left give it a try....total cost may be around usd $3k.....but you may get the decision in one year time.....

better still i will suggest to try for canada....IT is doing better than before over there...
