I don't know if anyone can help with any advice especially what I already know but I want to relocate and move to the USA. I have a same sex partner that I want to be with and find that there is no same sex visas allowing this to happen. We both want our relationship to continue but in the USA instead of Australia. I have been told the only way for me to live in the States is by having a student visa, marrying a US citizen, or investing a million dollars in the US Government. These are not an option for us. Is there another way besides what I have said? I know there is a Green Card lottery program, but is this for real? I hope someone can help.
