My question is this...

I have met a woman who lives near San Francisco, and me being in Australia.

My question is what do I need to do to be able to be with her, work & live in the United States, it's probably a stupid question, but I have looked everywhere, and all the forms they talk about are very confusing to understand, if someone could help me, I would be most grateful... :cool:
 
If she is a US citizen and you intend to get married you can get a fiancee visa. Once you get married you can apply for US permanent residency. You can live and work in the US once you obtain the necessary paperwork along with the fiancee visa.
 
i agree about the info what others have said..if it is so and you want to be with this person you have an interest in otherwise..i kinda get the feeling that you ..just want the visa...not the woman..let me ask you...Do you want to live in the woman in question or do you just want to live in the Us...Sounds fishy to me :rolleyes:
