August'2003 I-140 filers

Hi ,

Is any one still waiting for I-140 approval.

My I-140 case still pending, ND: 08-26-2003.

Still message showing 150 to 180 days....but USCIS system showing Sep'9, 2003 cases processing.
I contacted my attorney, they are saying that, "we will do inquiry after 30 days of the notice date which is August 26, 2003. Right now the USCIS is working on September 9, 2003. Until it is 30 days past August 26, 2003, the USCIS will not do an inquiry for us".

BCIS, frust2004---> Did your attorney sent any inquiry to service center, regarding pending.

My I-140 RD is 08-26-2003, too.
RFE issued 1/15/04
RFE replied 1/27/04
I-140 approved 4/14/04

Yes, Concurrent.

I requested my stupid attorney to do an enquiry,
that MORON says that is not going to help or adjudicate my case.

I am really frustrated with this.
