August waiters with I-140 approved for CP: Update..talked to IIO

My lawyer talked to IIO@VSC. I have been hearing that
my case is assigned to Officer for last 3 months. This time
IIO said that case is in "working area" and should hear something
wthin 6 weeks. Before today, standard answer was "case with
officer..wait for 4 weeks"

Now I do not know if its same or different..just wanted to share.

Amal Thx for the Update..

Mine was not approved for CP.. It was a regular VSC 140. Dunno if that is different. Anyway, thx again for the update. No news regarding my case. Keep us posted.
