August filers please join in: has any of us got FP notice?

Good luck to all of us august filers. I have to travel out of US and prefer to do it after finger point. I am not sure how long I have to wait.

I found that most July filers got their FP notice in around 30 days. Considering the volume USCIS may have received before 8/17, can we August filers get FP notice in 60 days?

Or, even better, has anyone had already the FP?

Don't forget - After July 31, 2007 the filing fees have changed!!! If you are going to file - make sure you find out the new fees! With that said, good luck to all!!
 
I filed through my lawyer..$395 for I485, $180 for I-765, and $170 for I-131. That adds to total $745. I wish my lawyer was right since I did not check the charge amount
 
dreamer.az, why would you start a thread like this. It's tough enough stressing about getting receipts for July. It will only make August feel like things are dragging on on. Also the fees changed after July 30 and not the 31st.
 
I have a unique situation: my job is outside of US now and I flew back only for the filing. I planned seemingly enough time (8/9 to 9/13) to wait for the finger print to be done. My return ticket is on 9/13 and I have to decide if I have to change the ticket with a fee and wait or leave for now and come back later.
 
It took me almost 30 days for a receipt. God knows how long I have to wait for FP. Maybe soon I'll get it. You filed in August. :eek: I hope you hear something soon
