Not trying to be negative but
hope they are not considering NoticeDate as Receipt Date
(as INS does) on that site.
Any way, it is a great news and I am frustrated without
august approval messages....... God - pl help us.

No. They are attorney\'s. They would not be confusing RD and ND
Some of us on the board may confuse RD and ND, but not the attorney. And I dont think it is a typo.
I think that Aug approvals will start trickling in, but the rate of approvals will be very slow. There are too too too many Jul filers. And also there is a considerable backlog of apr-may-june filers.
Having seen INS\'s working over the past 3 years, I have noticed that they will some day realise a significant backlog of cases and will pause the current processing and clear the backlogs.
On a positive (may be selfish) note, they will start Aug-Sep-Oct in parallel.

I think it is typo. since all the 485\'s approved were of 28 aug date and were approved on april 24. that is too much of a coincidence. i mean they seem to be ND.
