Select the first "July 2006" bulletin and it opens August 2006 bulletin.
Is this correct bulletin????

It went back

It went back to 01 Apr 2001 for EB3 and EB2 became unavailable. Not good. I have no idea what to say

Looks like EB2 cut off dates will move further back when Dept of state releases visa numbers Sep 2006 issue for FY 2007. As per one of the well known attorney firm, dates for EB3 and EB2 cut off might move all the way back to 1999 and 2000
