FP is Nov 2004
I don't know about the name check. after a week after my FP I got mails that the USCIS has got the FP results and process on my case is resumed.

Got an email from FBI stating that name check results were forwarded to USCIS on Mar 4, 2005

I have completed my fingerprinting in December and a week later the status has been changed to "FingerPrinting Results" Received. I have no idea whether name check has been completed or not

How do you know that the name check has been completed?. Is there any website where you go and register yourself or did you send them an email with your case details.
