Aug04 - I140 filers ( non concurrent )

Has anybody got approval for I140 filed in Aug 2004? I had noticed in this forum that I140 for non-concurrent applicants is taking less than 2 months. I would be interested to know if anyone really got it in this time frame.

When I checked online status, it says this type of case is taking 150-180 days to approve.

Every one receive same messege regarding 150-180 days. I think they processing now Oct and Nov 2003.

Impact of Retrogression on CP ?

Do you guys know anything about impact of this retrogress of priority date on Cosular Proc. ?

I read once on the website of American ambassy at Mumbai that for CP the priority date of the applicant should be within the six months of the actual priority date.
