I am concurrent filer I140/I485/EAD
ND 8/26/02
I140 AD 1/15/03
Waiting for EAD approve

Is Anbody waiting for the EAD so long like me even my I140 get approved recently?

What a irony

I applied for 140 0n JUne 6th. Till now no news. not even a RFE.

I applied ead/AP/485 in Aug last week. They approved EAD and AP in 3 weeks.

You have 140 i have EAD, I am I forward or are u Forward. ONLY INS can say that.

You cannot do any thing with 140 without EAD. I cannot risk with EAD without 140.

Don't worry, You might get the EAD in a week. I was just kidding.

Please post your qualifications if possible.

I filed for a EB2-NIW in July (ND - 7-19-02) but I am not a concurrent filer since I did not want to pay the lawyer second installment until I saw some light for I140 petition but I guess statistically speaking concurrent fliers are way ahead (3-5 months) in processing than are non-concurrent filers. I had seen some concurrent filer from October 2002 (ND) receiving an approval.

Correct me if I am wrong.

The processing times and dates from several centers make no sense.

How does one vent ?

Amazing! I think it is a lesson in patience. As a scientist one can learn pateince in the lab but this is gross imcompetence of a federal agency.

Oh! well I think I'll go to the gym and pump out the frusturation.
