Yes, I am from the Aug batch.... RD: 09/14
Still waiting to hear something.... Last time I talked to an IIO, they said the processing is by ND, not RD. I dont know whether it really applies to all the cases or some IIO who does not the difference between RD and ND.

My FP was done in Jul'02. I filed from OH and the FPs were really slow for this state.

Maybe you are right. I did speak to my lawyer, he checked the status and mentioned that we should be hearing something soon. The dates that they are processing some cases are by NDs, my ND is 10-11-2001. Senator would not help out much as we are not voters and anyway they would give this an attention at all. Hopefully, I'll hear something soon. Will keep this updated.
