Aug Filer got RFE on 09/19/02

Checked on AVM on Friday (09/20/02), INS mailed out RFE on 09/19...Don't know how long it takes to reach me though, and have no idea what kinda RFE it will be...

have to keep waiting........:(

RD 09/07... AVM msg says " mailed out a notice on Sept 19th".......... Got to wait till we get the notice in hand...........

Post the details once you get it.......I'll do the same.......
 
RFE was mailed on 9/11. Recevied by Lawyer on 9/16. Got all hte information together by Thursday 9/19. Attorney mailed the response on 9/20.

RFE was for employment letter , 1 months Pay stub, W2/ Tax returns.

Most frustrating part was to get the RFE mailed out from VT. When I spoke with IIO, I was told on 8/14 that RFE was on the way. It was typed and mailed nearly a month later.

RD 8/8, ND 9/27 FP 1/30/02

Now I just have to wait.:confused:
 
RD Sept 24- Got RFE

I also got RFE on Sept 19th. I think same officer looked at our cases.I am waiting for the details, RFE is for myself and son , my wife's case playing the same message ( on Jan 25th FP results received....)
