EB2, RD/ND Aug 99. Just spoke to an IIO regarding my case, my I140 was approved under a wrong A#. The IIO spoke to the officer assigned to the case while I was on hold. I was told that the officer is waiting for some file to match up all my documents. That\'s why there is delay in this case.
Any one else thru\' this?
