1) As I had posted on rupnet last week, my Aug RD of 08/27, EAC 02014XXXXX , PD Sep 1996 (Yes, one of the longest wait cases) has been approved and approval notice Received in mail y'day.
2) My wife's case is not approved yet. On the attorney speaking to INS about wife's case , he was told that somehow my wife's case ended up with a different officer and will be approved when he gets to it. Has this happened to any one before? If so how long will it take for her case to be approved?
3) Also I am going for stamping tomorrow. When my wife's case gets approved and she goes for stamping, will I be allowed to accompany her inside the building (she being a dependant applicant?).
