So far my attorney hasn\'t received any FP notice from VSC. Is anyone still waiting for FP with August Notice date?. Your info is much appreciated.

I think it is time you/your lawyer talked to the INS. My RD/ND are 08/05/99 & 08/25/99, and I got my FP Notice during the first week of June. For your info, if the INS does not get the FP back within the stipulated time, they may consider the application as abandoned. Do call up an IIO and let the INS know that you/your lawyer is yet to receive the FP Notice

Cal the INS yourself or push your lawyer to do the same. Look for a post by me on this issue. When I finally received my FP it had 20 days left on it before my case would be considered abandoned. I received it after calling the INS since my lawyer did not seem to care much.
