Aug. 2003 case get RFEs on 140 and son's 485?

EB11, filed Aug. 2003. After two status inquiries by myself and one from senator, get RFEs for My 140 and my son's 485, what can the RFEs for?

Anyway, they finally working on my case, no matter what the results will be.

After many inquiries from employer and senators, I finally got my I140 approved (Aug. 2003, EB1 b). However, got RFEs for both my and my wife's I485. Also waiting to see what it is.
