RD 08/15/2002, ND 09/05/2002, 2 FPs, 3 EADs, nothing so far.

Contacted VSC Oct 2004, response: delay due to lack of man power. Sent request to Senator Schumer Oct 2004, no response.

Is there anything else I can do? I saw lots of people mention congressmen. Is that US congress or state or city congress? My zip code is 10017 in New York City. Could anyone recommend a good contact for follow up?

heard anything at all from USCIS. Have contacted senator
and did enquiries from USCIS. Only thing i have been able
to fund out is that the "Case is Pending".

How did you contact VSC ? Did you write a letter ? or phone ?

how was your exp with Senator Schumer office ?
People are nice ?
How they help u? Any progress after that ?
 
I called VSC and 20 days later received a letter saying your case is delayed due to lack of man power. Meanwhiel they advance the processing date again.

I sent forms as instructed on Chucky's website, haven't heard from them since last Oct.

Can anyone help? Thanks
