Aug 2002 case approved on Rupnet

I saw a case today in Rupnet with RD of Aug 2002, approved. Couldn't beleive, doesn't have any other information. Can someone run the script for Aug2002 approved cases. If this is true, all of our turns will be next.

guys such approvals are usually for the dependents.
ex. some's RD might be 9/2001 then got married and applied for the spouse in aug/2002.
BCIS tries to process all dependents along with the original filer.

facade's logic seems resonable. But actually there are a couple of approvles for RD 8/2002 on RUPNET. Well BCIS ka kya kahena(What to say about BCIS)

This is his/her detail :
