Congratulations !!!!

Enjoy the day and weekend and get rid of the stress !!!

This is really cool that we are seeing so many of the boards backlogs getting cleared !

CONGRATS, ramss. Wish you good luck. Apparently your 3rd EAD approval seem to have triggered your approval.

Finally

My 485 ND is Aug 16, 2002

It was concurrent filing.

Well done. Ask damages for the delay.
My ND is a day earlier so together we prove USCIS FIFO wrong again!!!!!

Well actually my RD is Aug 16 and ND is Aug 23. It has been obvious for a long.......... time that FIFO is BS.

Congratulations ramss: I was making a joke about their FIFO.
I am RD, 13th, ND 15th, no concurrent, two I-140 approved and still waiting for second FP. They just approved my 3rd EAD for all that is worth!

I understand that cinta. I was also joking. I do understand the frustration as I have been having the same for almost the last 6-8 months. Not really knowing anything about your case status is a tiring, useless and exhaustive experience one may not want to go through at all............

Thanks

Thanks guys. It had been really a tormenting experience and one feels releived only when it is approved. Sometimes I even started wondering about why I started this at all? I was also overwhelmed by thinking that this would have been a easy one if I had done this in 1991 when I started the labor and stopped that as I wanted to go back to India in 1993. Back then it used be fairly simple and would be over in 1-1.5 years. I know how each of u feel and I am also sure that one can understand that only when one goes through that... Despite those feelings I am amazed how each one of you has the heart to say "Congratulations" whenever anybody gets approved. In a way I feel proud of you.

I do wish all of you the best luck hoping everybody is out of this black hole soon.

Thanks ramss. Hope USCIS clear all backlogs (especially those I-485 has been pending for more than 2 years) before September 30, 2004.
