Aug 13th 485 application

Guys,
How much hope there is?

My PD is 09/2005.
The 485 application was received on July 02, 2007 and has a notice date of Aug 13 2007. Currently Nebraska is processing Aug 10, 2007. Does it mean that they will potentially be able to process my application next month?

I see that there are lot of people whose applications have PD of 2003 and 2004, so I do not understand what the "Currently processing Aug 10,2007" application really mean.

Not to disappoint you. but it won't work the way you think. it only increases the probability.
 
It depends. If your case is EB2, then you have a little chance. If you are EB3, forget it for at least few months.
