Aug 13 receipt - EB3 - 01266X Progress!

I just checked my online case status and found that they
have sent me an RFE. Nothing on my wife's status. So I
am assuming its an employment RFE. My question is,
Is the RFE mailed to me and my lawyer at the same time, or just to my lawyer? Thanks.

Here are my details for those who are interested:

Receipt 01266XXX
RD: Aug 13, 2001
ND: Sep 17, 2001
FP: some time around july/august 2002

The RFE was mailed Feb 12.

thanks for the quick reply.

priyali, i did call the IIO about 3-4 weeks ago, and they had said the case was with an officer. I only called to make sure my file was not lost or something.
