...more than 999 days beyond Nov. 1, 2000, the supposed date for which TSC is currently processing. Do you think we will start to see 485s processed then. If you are one of those people with a receipt date before Nov. 1, 2000, you will be completely in the right to ask that your case be expedited.

there is another option...

they increase the processing time again to 1000+ days (by upgrading their software to 4 or even 5 digits). as i understand people who filed in 2001 had some 300+ days in their receipt notice, but that kept on increasing. as long as bcis can increase the number of dates indefinitely there is no solution. very sad, isn't it?
 
My ND is from April 2002 and it stated 650-725 days. With no doubt in a few months we might see this message in the thousands.
