I was approved today 10-13 and my details are as follows

RD- AUG-02
FP1- OCT-02
FP2-APRIL-04
RFE-JUNE-04 (LOST IN MAIL AND FINALLY REPLIED AUG-04)
APPROVAL 10-13-04
Did Customer service Inquires (4), sent 2 Expedite Faxes, Contacted Senators Office regularly for 10 months and their office was helpful.
Best of Luck to all pending Applicants and Wishing all a SPEEDY Approval!!

Congratulations. You are the only member who has attended the court hearings (for Rajiv's lawsuit). That was a good job.
