We have 2 cases filed in November 2007 with Atlanta - both with audits - that are still pending. I've sent queries and they just send the generic response. One of the attorneys in the office mentioned to me that she read something about Atlanta saying they could take up to 2 years for audited cases... I have not read anything in print about this though, so hopefully it is a rumor.
