Audit Denial - refiling GC

My Perm was filed in May of this year then got into audit and was denied even after provoding sufficient documents.

Now my ques is:
Can my perm be filed again from same company?
What are the chances that it can again come under audit?
shall i join new co.? Will it be any help in getting thru the perm process?

Yes you can re-file without penalty.
Audits are random or targeted - an audit is not a problem as long as the attorney/company prepare the right documentation!
Your decision! I don't see the benefit of joining a new company unless your current company isn't reputable.
