Attorney Sheela Murthy's firm ?

My husband is planning to apply for a green card in the NIW category through Sheela Murthy's firm. Does anyone on this forum have any experience with the firm ? Did anyone have any problems with them ? What about Rajiv Khanna's firm ? Where will you guys put your money on ?

I used Sheela Murthy’s firm for my EB1-EA and NIW petions, and both got approved from VSC without any RFE. I like their service; I know they will charge more than others.

I used LOSM for NIW too. Did receive an RFE from CSC. Case was approved last Nov. LOSM is a very professional firm. Highly recommended. Rajiv Khanna is great too. He was kind enough to offer me free advice when I was briefly laid-off while on H1-B VISA

:rolleyes: I will put my money on both of them. Both will do the job. No doubt about that.

For that matter, any immigration lawyer with one or two years of experience would do the job because immigration law does not require greatest of the brains and is one of the easiest areas of law to practice. GC does not involve arguments with the other attorneys. It just involves complying with the USCIS procedural rules. Don't panic...... :rolleyes:
