I filed my I-485 application by myself. If i get I-485 interview notice, I like to take an attorney with me.
My question is
for the case such as above do I need to hire an Attorney where the INS district office is ? because he will have to be present at the time of interview.
Say Rajiv Khanna is retained for GC for someone from NJ state and if the client get\'s 485 interview notice, Rajiv Khanna\'s office is not in NJ ,how do they work things out ? I don\'t understand this.
