Attorney representation for visa

Does anyone know of any US consulate in Canada or Mexico which allow attorney to go in with applicant?

Any opinions on using attorney to prepare H1-B application (versus self)

ANy attorney name recommendations?

I heard Avi Friedman in California is a good lawyer who takes physicians to Canada and gets visa stamped.
